The Cozy Paws Pet Slicker Brush is a popular grooming tool designed for medium-sized breeds. It balances ergonomic comfort for the owner with effective de-shedding for the pet.

Below are the full technical specifications and features for this specific model:

Product Specifications

Key Features

• Fine Bent Bristles: The pins are angled to penetrate deep into the coat and effectively remove the undercoat without scratching the pet’s skin.

• Ergonomic Handle: The 22 cm length includes a contoured, grey rubberized handle designed to reduce wrist strain during longer grooming sessions.

• Anti-Static Design: Materials are chosen to minimize static buildup, preventing “flyaway” fur during dry weather.

• Integrated Eyelet: Includes a hole at the base of the handle for easy hanging and storage.

Usage Recommendations

• Best For: Dogs and cats with medium to long hair (e.g., Golden Retrievers, Maine Coons, or Poodles).

• Technique: Use long, gentle strokes in the direction of hair growth. Avoid applying excessive pressure on areas where the skin is thin.

• Maintenance: Regularly remove trapped fur from the pins to maintain effectiveness. While this model is durable, it is best stored in a dry place to prevent pin oxidation over several years.

Comparison: Medium vs. Large

The 22x10cm size is considered the “sweet spot” for versatility. While the Large version (usually 25x12cm) covers more surface area, the Medium allows for better maneuverability around the legs, tail, and neck.
